DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – A bank robbery investigation involving the FBI and the Broward Sheriff’s Office caused some street closures on Monday afternoon in Deerfield Beach.
After a chase, investigators focused on the suspect’s black sports utility vehicle near DS Sports Plex at 3650 SW 10th St.
During the search for the suspected bank robber, a BSO deputy was involved in a crash along Powerline Road, near Southwest 15th Street. The deputy was not injured.
