Miami-Dade extends curfew to 1 a.m. on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve

MIAMI – Mayor Daniella Levine Cava announced Thursday that police officers will be enforcing a 1 a.m. curfew on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

“Residents can celebrate their holiday traditions, such as midnight mass,” Levine Cava said.

The midnight curfew is among the measures Miami-Dade County is implementing to promote social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic.
