Police in North Miami Beach search for missing elderly man

NORTH MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — The North Miami Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing elderly man.

According to authorities, 77-year-old Amador Torres left his home along the 1800 block of Northeast 140th Street on Sunday morning.

He is described by police as five-foot-eight weighing 190 pounds and was last seen wearing a red shirt and khaki pants.

His family shared he does not have any formal diagnoses but that he has previously gotten lost in the past.
