HIALEAH, Fla. — A Hialeah woman is facing a felony charge after police said she pointed a gun at another woman over a parking space at her apartment complex on Thursday.

According to an arrest report from the Hialeah Police Department, the victim parked in a public space at the complex, located at 525 W. 71st St., just before 6:30 p.m., when an irate Sandra Beatriz Daniel came out and “began telling her she was not allowed to park there.”

Authorities said Daniel, 38, then grabbed a gun from her Lexus and approached the woman, pointed the gun at her and said, “I’m going to f---ing shoot you” before going into her apartment.

“The victim states she was in fear for her life as the firearm was being pointed at her, at which point she exited the parking space and (redacted),” the HPD report states.

Authorities said police arrived and Daniel made a statement to them, which was redacted from the report. Investigators would eventually impound her gun, they said.

Daniel, facing a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm, was being held in the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on a $5,000 bond as of Friday.
