MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies responded to Haulover Park on Wednesday morning after witnesses found an abandoned boat on the beach.
Detective Joseph R. Peguero Rivera, a spokesman for the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, said deputies responded at about 8:46 a.m. at 10800 Collins Avenue.
“Deputies on scene conducted an area canvass but were unable to locate any occupants,” Peguero Rivera said. “The vessel will be towed pending further investigation.”
