MARGATE, Fla. — Margate police are searching for a 66-year-old woman who has been reported missing.

According to police, Brenda Leatherwood was last seen around 6:30 a.m. Thursday, leaving her home in the 7600 block of Northwest Eighth Court in her silver Kia.

Police said Leatherwood is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs between 120-140 pounds. She has blue shoulder-length hair.

According to police, Leatherwood meets the criteria for a “missing endangered adult.”
