MIAMI BEACH, Fla. — Whether you’re into cutting edge technology or you like to keep it old school with a trip down memory lane, the Miami International Auto Show has everything car enthusiasts dream about.
“I’ve been impressed,” said Jake Tibber. “I had no idea what it was going to be, didn’t know you could actually drive cars.”
Added Sam Trimble: “I like the classic section. Saw a lot of old mustangs, that was fun and some old wagons from back in the 40s. It was really cool to check out.”
Attendees are welcome to test their off-road skills at Camp Jeep with steep hills, rugged terrain and tough angles.
“When you’re in the jeep, you can feel the suspension ride and everything, like when you go up on the incline, you can feel you going back,” said David Losa.
They can also take a spin in an EV and learn what the future may look and feel like.
Inside the massive Miami Beach Convention Center, the event is truly a playground full of cars.
“Zero to sixty in I don’t know how fast, but it was a good time,” said Trimble.
The car show runs through next Sunday.
