Police: Man with ‘health challenges’ wanders away from Coconut Creek home

COCONUT CREEK, Fla. — Coconut Creek police are searching for a 69-year-old man who they said has “some health challenges” and wandered away from home this week.

According to police, Florisvalzo Donascimento has not been seen since Wednesday when he left his home at the Country Lakes Mobile Home Park in the 6800 block of NW 39th Avenue.

Police said Donascimento is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a blue dress shirt, khaki pants and black and white shoes.

“He usually wears glasses and likes to carry a brown backpack,” the police department said in a statement. “His family is worried about him and wants him back home. We do too.”

Anyone with information about Donascimento’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 954-973-6700.
