Jail records show Passha Davis, 34, appeared in Broward bond court Wednesday, where she was held on a $100,000 bond.

Authorities say Davis has not provided any information about Gabrielle’s whereabouts, and despite efforts by multiple law enforcement agencies, including the FBI, Gabrielle has not been located.

Mother arrested on child neglect charge as her 10-year-old daughter remains missing Authorities have arrested a mother for child neglect. It comes after her 10-year-old daughter was reported missing in Margate.

Investigators said Gabrielle was last seen leaving a Walmart in Margate on June 21 and was later reported missing on Oct. 29 by her father.

They described her as a Black female, approximately 4-foot-8, weighing around 90–100 pounds, with shoulder-length black hair and a thin build. Authorities said she is known to travel between Central and South Florida with family members.

According to the arrest report, officers noted that Davis is homeless and suffers from mental health and substance abuse issues.

When questioned by police, Davis claimed she did not know where her daughter was and said Gabrielle was supposed to be with her father—something investigators say is not supported by evidence.

Terrelonge’s aunt, Monique, spoke to Local 10 News about her missing niece.

“No, I do not believe that she’s with anybody that we know and that’s the part that’s scary because she’s never left Gabby alone with anyone in the ten years of Gabby’s life,” she said.

If released, police said Davis would be subject to pre-trial GPS monitoring, random testing, no contact with the alleged victim, and required substance abuse and mental health evaluations with compliance to all recommended treatment.

Anyone with information on Gabrielle’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Margate Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division at 954-972-7111 or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
