MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Robert Cash Lewin, the CEO and founder of 1-800-411-PAIN, was arrested this past weekend after authorities say he brought a gun onto the campus of Miami Coral Park Senior High School.
Lewin, 59, of Southwest Ranches, was taken into custody around noon Saturday at the school, located at 8865 SW 16th St. in the county’s Westchester area, according to an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded after school administrators reported that Lewin had been seen sitting inside the gymnasium bleachers with a concealed gun in his waistband.
They said the gun became visible when he bent over, and a student took a photo that was then sent to an assistant principal.
Deputies located Lewin sitting in a black Lincoln Navigator with a license plate displaying “411PAIN” in the school’s parking lot.
Shortly after, they ordered him out of the SUV and conducted a pat-down, finding a gun, an extra magazine and a knife, the report stated.
According to the report, Lewin told deputies that he brought the gun by “accident.”
Jail records show he is facing one count of illegal possession of a firearm on school property.
Deputies said the gun and magazine were impounded, and Lewin was taken into custody.
Lewin previously made headlines in 2022 when he and his identical twin brother, Harley, listed their neighboring French country-style estates in Southwest Ranches for a combined $54 million.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Lewin had built the homes for himself and his brother as part of a family real estate project.
He did not appear as an inmate on the Miami-Dade jail website as of Monday morning.
