WELLINGTON, Fla. — Video published this week by TMZ shows four armed men burglarizing the South Florida home of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine while his mother was there.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the burglary was reported at 9:54 p.m. Sunday at the home on Duckweed Road in Wellington.
Deputies said they arrived to find several people inside the home who reported that four masked men who were armed with guns entered the home.
They said the rapper’s mother was physically held outside while the remaining burglars ransacked the property.
According to deputies, the thieves demanded cash and car keys and fled the scene before law enforcement arrived.
It does not appear that the rapper, whose legal name is Daniel Hernandez, was home at the time.
No arrests have been made at the time of publishing.
