New photos give inside look at Epstein’s island estate

House Oversight Committee releases Jeffrey Epstein files, including photos of island estate

WASHINGTON — A new trove of files is giving a look inside the private island estate of infamous sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

This comes just weeks after Congress voted to release all of the government’s files on Epstein.

These newly-released documents are not the files that Congress voted to force the Department of Justice to release.

Instead, they’re coming from the House Oversight Committee, which has been running its own investigation into Epstein.

They show an up-close look at Epstein’s private island villa in the U.S. Virgin Islands, which featured ocean views, lavish courtyards and spacious bedrooms.

Prosecutors and victims say Epstein spent years recruiting young girls and women for abuse.

In a statement, the ranking members of the House Oversight Committee wrote:

“These new images are a disturbing look into the world of Jeffrey Epstein and his island. We are releasing these photos and videos to ensure public transparency in our investigation and to help piece together the full picture of Epstein’s horrific crimes.”

Epstein had personal and business ties to elite and wealthy people from around the world.

Investigators say he died while in jail by suicide in 2019 while facing sex trafficking charges.

Since then, his case has become an international political firestorm.

The now-former Prince Andrew was stripped of his British royal titles for his ties to Epstein.

Famous economist Larry Summers is now on leave from Harvard and shunned from top business groups after his name surfaced in a recent trove of Epstein emails.

New photos released by the committee show Epstein’s phone, with “Larry Cell” on speed dial.

Four other names were redacted.

The new photos also show a blackboard with words like “power” and “political” written on the wall.

Another photo shows what appears to be a dentist’s chair surrounded by masks mounted on the wall.

The oversight committee also says it’s received Epstein’s financial records from JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.

Meanwhile, the DOJ has until Dec. 19 to release its full trove of Epstein documents.

Also on Wednesday, Epstein’s longtime accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell is filing a new petition to be released from federal prison.

She is currently serving a 20-year sentence for her role in the trafficking ring.

Her push for a new trial could complicate the release of documents from her case, especially testimony from her grand jury.
