LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. — Detectives with the Broward Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Unit on Friday asked for the public’s help locating a suspect who they said fired multiple shots into a Lauderdale Lakes home earlier this month.

Deputies said the shooting happened just before 8 a.m. on Dec. 10 near the 4400 block of Northwest 43rd Court.

Video shows a white Mercedes SUV driving past the home several times before the driver parked a few doors away, ran toward the back of the home and fired more than two dozen rounds before getting back into the SUV and fleeing, according to investigators.

They said the gunman was dressed in all black with a black hoodie covering his head. No one was seriously injured.
