PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — It’s that time of year again: should you make a New Year’s resolution, and can you actually keep it?
A recent poll by Driver Research found that only about 3 in 10 Americans make resolutions.
Most focus on health, while just 6% aim to travel more. Surprisingly, more than 60% of those making resolutions said they did so because of outside pressure.
Almost everyone admits they don’t follow through, but some experts say having a goal is still worthwhile.
For now, the question remains: will you stick to it, or will it be another resolution that fizzles out?
