PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. — Pembroke Pines police asked for the public’s help Tuesday in locating a 75-year-old man who they said was diagnosed with dementia and partial paralysis.
They said Levene Smith was last seen leaving his home Thursday. He told a security guard he was going to Fort Lauderdale to look for his cellphone.
Police say he may have taken public transportation. He was most likely wearing khaki pants, grey sneakers, and a black jacket with lettering on the sleeves at the time of his disappearance.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the PPPD at 954-743-1625.
