DORAL, Fla. — A woman who is accused of sexually abusing a 17-year-old boy last year during a massage appointment at the Trump National Doral spa has pleaded guilty to felony battery, Local 10 learned Tuesday.
According to an arrest report from the Doral Police Department, Yasmina Ponce-Rodriguez, now 56, was arrested March 1, 2025, and initially faced a charge of lewd and lascivious touching of a minor.
Police said the incident occurred that same day at the resort located at 4400 NW 87th Ave.
According to the report, the victim told detectives that he is a club member at the resort and a frequent patron of the spa.
He said Ponce-Rodriguez has previously given him massages at the facility, but this time, she moved the sheet to expose his genitals about 25 minutes into the massage and then began to manually stimulate his penis.
Police said the teen slapped her hands away and Ponce-Rodriguez stopped.
According to the report, the teen told detectives that he rarely communicated with Ponce-Rodriguez due to a language barrier, but said she asked him if he was “good” at the conclusion of the massage.
Police said the teen told his mother and girlfriend what occurred and, after discussing the matter, they decided to report the incident to police.
Ponce-Rodriguez was taken into custody at her apartment later that day and denied the victim’s accusations, authorities said.
The victim is being represented by Horowitz Law, which has filed multiple sexual assault lawsuits against massage therapists accused of inappropriately touching clients.
