FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — FBI agents asked for the public’s help identifying a suspect who robbed a Fort Lauderdale bank on Wednesday.
Authorities said the robber entered the Fifth Third Bank branch at 808 SE 17th St. just after 11 a.m. and demanded money from an employee.
A photo released by the FBI shows the suspect, dressed in all black, handling cash.
Nobody was hurt during the robbery, officials said. Agents said they were investigating the crime in conjunction with Fort Lauderdale police and the South Florida Violent Crime and Fugitive Task Force.
