Chilly temperatures set to arrive in South Florida

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — Bundle up, South Florida!

Temperatures are forecast to drop significantly on Monday night as a cold front moves into the area.

On Tuesday morning, an Arctic Blast will arrive, quickly moving across South Florida.

Temperatures are expected to fall into the upper 40s and lower 50s in the morning, and remain cool into the afternoon, with highs only expected to reach the upper 60s.

The cooler weather is forecast to stick around for much of the week. Highs are only expected to reach the upper 60s and lower 70s, and that’s not all.

This weekend could bring some of the coldest air felt in South Florida in years, and that cold front will be something to keep an eye on as the week progresses.
