HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — Driftwood Elementary School students in Hollywood said Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime Show’s “The only thing more powerful than hate is love” message had a special meaning for them on Friday.
Ahead of the eighth anniversary of the 17 deaths on Feb. 14, 2018, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, the students wore red and stood in a LOVE-shaped formation.
Each classroom found a way to join the Broward County Public Schools’ Day of Service and Love.
