MDSO: 2 men arrive at hospital after being shot in southwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY — Deputies in Miami-Dade County are investigating a double shooting.

It happened around 6:10 p.m. in the area of Southwest 266th Street and 138th Avenue.

When deputies responded to the scene, they found damage to a vehicle and to a structure, but no victims.

At the same time, authorities said two men arrived at Jackson South Medical Center suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.

Investigators determined the two victims were injured at the scene that deputies initially responded to.

One of the victims is listed in critical condition while the other is stable, authorities said.

There has been no update on whether deputies are seeking a suspect or any persons of interest in the shooting.
