MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — One person has died and five people were transported to a hospital after a multiple-vehicle crash Friday morning in northwest Miami-Dade, authorities confirmed.
According to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, the crash was reported just after 9 a.m. in the area of Northwest 103rd Street and Seventh Avenue.
Deputies confirmed a man was pronounced dead at the scene by Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
MDFR officials said they transported five people to a local hospital. Their conditions have not yet been released.
Three others were assessed at the scene, but declined to be transported, MDFR officials confirmed.
