MIAMI — Inter Miami’s brand new soccer stadium being built at Miami Freedom Park is nearing its completion.

The new venue, which is being built at Miami Freedom Park next to Miami International Airport, is set to open on April 4 when Inter Miami hosts Austin FC.

On Wednesday, the team announced the naming rights to the building had been sold, and it will be called Nu Stadium.

Nu is described as one of the world’s largest digital financial service platforms by the team in their announcement of the multi-year deal.

The stadium will seat 26,700 fans and host events year-round.
