WILTON MANORS, Fla. — A 53-year-old man was arrested Wednesday after he violated a no trespass order at a bar in Wilton Manors, authorities said.
According to police, David Sasson, who is currently homeless, trespassed at Tulio’s Tacos & Tequila Bar and was also recently captured on video loitering/prowling at a private residence and causing a disturbance at a pension meeting in the city’s commission chambers.
Police said Sasson has an extensive criminal history and urge the public to “proceed with caution” when interacting with him as he is known to be “erratic at times.”
Police urge business owners and residents throughout the city to call 911 if they are approached by Sasson.
“We would also suggest that all businesses on the drive consider acquiring a trespass affidavit as well,” the police department stated in a flyer.
As of Friday morning, Sasson was being held at the Broward County Main Jail on a $2,650 bond on charges of trespassing at an unoccupied structure or conveyance and criminal mischief over $1,000.
