MARGATE, Fla. — Margate police have located a 13-year-old girl who they said was reported missing.

According to police, prior to being found, Sanai Benjamin was last seen at 9:14 p.m. Monday in the 7700 block of Highlands Circle.

Police said she was wearing a pink pajama shirt and pants, and pink slippers.

Officers confirmed Tuesday morning that Sanai was found safe.

No other details about the circumstances surrounding her disappearance and recovery have been released.
