According to an arrest report from the Miami Police Department, the incident happened at about 7:15 p.m. last Friday at the Burger King at 10 SW Eighth St.

Police said Steven Camillus Hall Jr., 31, of Coconut Creek, was arrested Tuesday after an officer spotted him standing in front of the Kush Brickell restaurant while drinking from a bottle of Caliber Vodka.

According to the report, Hall had thrown a large rock into the Burger King last week, shattering one of the restaurant’s glass doors and causing about $1,000 in damages.

Police said Hall was unprovoked, and it’s unclear why he targeted the fast food restaurant.

According to the report, after the incident, Hall fled south on South Miami Avenue.

He faces charges of shooting or throwing a deadly missile and criminal mischief.

As of Wednesday morning, Hall was being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center with a bond listed as “to be set.”
