The two suspects, identified by Pinecrest police as Wandy Joel Rodriguez, who turned 35 Tuesday, and Hadam Ricardo, 28, were arrested.

Police said the shooting prompted a rapid response to the club, located at 12425 S. Dixie Highway, as multiple rounds were fired.

According to investigators, both men were involved in a disturbance inside the club after arriving with alcohol and continuing to drink in a VIP area.

At one point, police said one individual in their group threw what initially appeared to be $1 bills but was later determined to be $100 bills.

An arrest report states that an argument with management escalated, and the group was asked to leave but refused. Police said the situation turned physical before Rodriguez and Ricardo were escorted outside.

Once outside, authorities said Ricardo retrieved a gun from a purple Lamborghini SUV and made threats. Additional surveillance video then showed Rodriguez holding the same weapon.

Before the men drove away, police said Rodriguez fired about five rounds toward the club’s entrance. They said two bullets struck the glass doors where patrons were inside, while three others hit an exterior wall.

Police said the vehicle fled but crashed about a mile away, and the suspects were taken into custody.

During an interview, Rodriguez admitted being involved in the altercation and later identified himself in surveillance footage firing the gun, telling investigators, “I was drunk,” the report states.

Police said Rodriguez also has an active extraditable warrant out of New York.

Jail records show Rodriguez is facing charges one count each of shooting or throwing a deadly missile, disorderly conduct, and contributing to the delinquency of a child. His bond was set at $7,651.

Records show Ricardo faces charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, fleeing and eluding police at a high speed, battery, and contributing to the delinquency of a child. His bond was set at $12,000, though additional charges tied to a DUI-related warrant had not been set.

Both men remain behind bars at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Thursday morning. The were also ordered by a judge to stay away from Stir Crazy Cabaret.
