According to jail records and arrest reports obtained by Local 10 News, Keyon Cas Hippolyte, of Atlanta, Georgia, is accused of the crimes along with Erica Leonaria Curry, 26, of Snellville, Georgia, and DaCorey Quartez Banks, 18, of Decatur, Georgia.

Authorities said the first robbery occurred on March 5 at a home near the 21000 block of Southwest 99th Avenue in Cutler Bay after the victim met Curry through a dating app and agreed to meet in person.

They said Curry entered the home and, a short time later, unlocked the door to let in two masked men identified as Banks and Hippolyte. Deputies said Banks was armed with a handgun and Hippolyte with a rifle.

According to the report, the two ordered the victim to the ground, struck him in the head and demanded money while Curry took about $200 from the victim’s wallet. The suspects then told the victim to remain on the ground and count to 100 before fleeing in a gray sedan, deputies said.

On March 6, 2026, around 1:40 a.m., Homestead police said officers were dispatched to the 1300 block of Northwest 8th Street in reference to an armed home invasion robbery.

Investigators said the victim had stepped outside his home to say goodbye to his girlfriend and was standing in his driveway talking on his cellphone when a dark-colored vehicle, driven by Curry, reversed into the driveway and parked.

Authorities said Hippolyte and Banks then exited the vehicle, approached the victim with guns pointed at him and demanded to know where the money was.

The victim them he did not have any money, but the suspects searched his pockets and removed his wallet, according to the report.

Investigators said one of the suspects struck the victim in the forehead with the back of a gun, causing visible swelling, and then forced him at gunpoint toward his neighbor’s home.

The victim then knocked on the neighbor’s door, and when the resident opened it, he encountered the victim being held at gunpoint, along with the armed suspects, according to the report. The suspects then forced their way inside, struck the resident in the head, and began searching his pockets.

Deputies said no property was taken from the second victim. The suspects then fled the scene in a dark-colored Hyundai sedan after hearing people inside the home screaming, the report states.

Authorities allege Curry was the driver of the vehicle during that incident.

They said all three suspects were taken into custody on March 10 after deputies located them driving a gray Hyundai Elantra.

They said Curry and Banks made statements to detectives following their arrests, but those statements were redacted in publicly-released reports.

Banks is also facing two counts of armed home invasion robbery, along with one count each of battery on a law enforcement officer and fleeing or eluding police. Curry faces two counts of armed home invasion robbery and one count of possession of marijuana of 20 grams or less.

As of Thursday, Hippolyte was being held at the Metrowest Detention Center, where his bond had not yet been set. Banks was being held there without bond, while Curry was being held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
