MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Authorities issued a Silver Alert on Sunday for a senior missing from southwest Miami-Dade.

Deputies with the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said that Rodrigo Portuondo, 87, was last seen Saturday in the 4600 block of Southwest 127th Court, in the county’s unincorporated Kendale Lakes area.

They described the octogenarian as a “missing endangered adult” and said he may be in a red Honda CR-V with the tag AG61WP.

MDSO urged the public to use “extreme caution" if they contact Portuondo, who they said “may be in need of services.”
