MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A Miami-Dade County man was arrested last Friday on charges related to possession of child sexual abuse material, or CSAM, authorities said.
According to an arrest report by the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office, Douglas Algaba, 40, was found to be in possession of 21 files of CSAM that had been uploaded online, depicting children under the age of 10. Detectives said some of the children shown in the videos appeared to be under the age of 2.
Both boys and girls were shown in the videos, the report stated.
