MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A 65-year-old appeared in court on Wednesday, accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old girl in Miami-Dade County.

Hialeah police officers arrested Jose Cremades on Tuesday at the Lowe’s at 1650 West 37th St., records show.

The girl told her parents a man had molested her at the store, and surveillance video showed Cremades near the girl, according to police.

Cremades faced a charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12.

Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Mindy S. Glazer denied him bond. Cremades also had an immigration hold.
