MIAMI — This is a copy of the Miami grand jury’s indictment that the U.S. Justice Department distributed on Wednesday at the Freedom Tower in downtown Miami.

Raúl Castro and five Cuban military pilots, Lorenzo Perez-Perez, Emilio Palacio, Jose Gual, Raul Simanca, and Luis Gonzalez, were indicted on charges of conspiracy to kill U.S. nationals, two counts of destruction of aircraft, and four counts of murder.
