Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella announced on Tuesday that there were at least 181 dead and 2,595 injured after the 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck on Monday morning in western Colombia.

Also on Tuesday, the country’s medical examiner’s office reported receiving 160 bodies of earthquake victims from the areas of Chocó, Caldas, Risaralda, and Valle del Cauca.

Shortly after 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, there was a 3.8-magnitude earthquake. The epicenter was at San José del Palmar, a municipality in Chocó, according to the Colombian Geological Service.

Officials placed the cities of Pereira, Cali, Quibdó, Manizales, and Armenia, where most of the damage happened, on a red alert.

De La Espriella, who took office on Friday after a ceremony in Cali, was visiting Pereira on Tuesday after visiting Quibdó on Monday.

De La Espriella reported 66 buildings had collapsed. There was also damage at 807 educational centers, 377 community centers, 85 health centers, 74 roads, 16 aqueducts, and 14 bridges.

Officials released the names of 22 out of the 160 victims’ bodies identified: González Fernando Alonso, Arango Sandoval Catalina, Henao Marín Oscar De Jesús, Rodas Cuadros Lina María, Mejía Moreno Julián Andrés, Chica Montoya Sandra Patricia, Giraldo López Gilberto De Jesús, Cni-Jiménez Toquica Pilar, Moncada Aguirre Sergiña, González Gutiérrez María Araenzola, Franco Paola Andrea, González Guerrero Dargui, Acosta González Angela María, Toro Sánchez Juan Manuel, Largo Trejos Wilson, Ossa Hernández Luis Fernando, Díaz Díaz Pedro Nel, Daza Valencia Aracely, Ramirez Quiroz Roger David, Carvajal Posada Mabel Cristina, Correa Grueso Martha Patricia, and Rosero Pretel Carlos Alberto.
