MIAMI — Bayside Marketplace was packed with young Miami Heat fans ahead of Sunday evening’s matchup against the Chicago Bulls.

Kids were having a blast dunking on a mini-hoop.

It was their moment to shine -- and show off their slamajamas.

“I definitely thought I wasn’t going to make it,” said Josh, a kid at the event. “I thought I was going to miss.”

Miami was the first stop on AT&T’s six-city Dunk Bus tour, with each event centered around basketball ahead of tipoff.

When asked why he loves the game, Josh kept it simple.

“Because it’s super fun,” he said. “You can dunk. You can do anything.”
