Artist Cavan Koebel paints ‘Not All Heroes Wear Capes’ mural outside Broward hospital

A week ago, Cavan James Koebel started to spray paint outside of Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood. On his website, he describes his work as “dream-like” pieces with “exaggerated colors."
