Man accused of attacking Miami-Dade worker after being told he couldn’t sleep in hammock at park

A man was arrested Tuesday after he was accused of punching and kicking a Miami-Dade County Parks & Recreation worker who told him he couldn’t sleep in a hammock at a park in Westwood Lakes, authorities said.

A 42-year-old man who lives in Miami-Dade County’s Westwood Lakes area robbed a store in Kendall West, according to the Miami-Dade Police Department.
