MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — A rollover crash in Miami-Dade early Saturday morning caused major delays along Interstate 95.

The crash happened around 4:30 a.m. in the northbound express lanes near Northwest 119th Street.

Traffic cameras showed a white car flipped on its roof as first responders appeared to remove an individual from the vehicle and place them on a stretcher. The extent of his or her injuries was not immediately known.

Authorities later righted the vehicle and loaded it onto a tow truck as crews worked to clear the scene.

The crash caused significant backups in the area, though traffic was moving slowly again as of early Saturday morning. Drivers were urged to consider alternate routes, including U.S. 1 and State Road 441.

Officials have not yet said what caused the crash.
