FHP troopers investigate fatal motorcycle crash on Alligator Alley

BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers on Monday morning were investigating a fatal crash involving two motorcycles in western Broward County.

One motorcyclist died, and another was injured after the crash on Sunday night on the eastbound lanes of Alligator Alley, or Interstate 75, at mile marker 42.

FHP closed the highway on Sunday night and reopened it in time for Monday morning traffic.
