A weak front moving slowly south through SoFlo will be the focus for scattered showers & t’storms today with most of this hitting during the peak heating of the day between 2PM-6PM.

Downpours could dump around of 2” of welcome rain in spots with gusty winds near some of the stronger storms. The winds will become northeasterly behind the front so we’ll see some showers moving in off the ocean this upcoming week as we continue to take little bites out of the drought this week.

It’ll become fairly windy this week so small craft advisories will likely be issued and rip currents will become likely at the beaches.
