It will be another hot week with temperatures slightly above average, but at least we’re not breaking records this time. Thunderstorms are taking over as the big story this week. Each day will give us a 50% chance of afternoon storms. Some could produce some locally heavy rainfall. They will be true to the South Florida rainy season pattern with some neighborhoods getting the rain and others nearby missing out. This is still beneficial for the severe to extreme drought that is ongoing. This pattern is on repeat all week.
