Vanna White, the longtime Wheel of Fortune co-host announced Wednesday that she and her partner of more than a decade, John Donaldson, recently wed in a private ceremony.

“Surprise! We got married!” White wrote in an Instagram post, sharing a photo from the wedding.

White said the couple, who have been together for more than 10 years, decided to make their relationship official quietly and were ready to share the news publicly.

White, 68, signed the post alongside Donaldson, calling the marriage a “joyful new chapter in their lives.”

White and Donaldson, a real estate developer, were first introduced in 2012 when a mutual friend brought him to one of her barbecues, according to People.

White previously told the publication that she was immediately drawn to him and that their relationship worked because of its ease and lack of drama.

In past interviews, White had said she and Donaldson felt committed without marrying, noting in 2023 that they already felt like husband and wife after years together.
