PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – Miami-Dade’s term-limited Mayor Carlos Gimenez is running to unseat congresswoman Debbie Mucarsel-Powell.
She represents Florida’s 26th Congressional District, which runs from Kendall to Key West.
