FBI seeks man accused of importing bulk amounts of cocaine into South Florida

MIAMI — The FBI is searching for a man who they said is wanted on multiple federal drug charges.

According to FBI spokesman Jim Marshall, Rodolfo Mantilla, 44, is accused of importing bulk kilogram quantities of cocaine into the U.S., specifically to South Florida.

An FBI flyer states that Mantilla was born in Florida and also goes by the alias “Rudy.”

According to the FBI, Mantilla has ties to South Florida, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas.

Marshall said Mantilla is charged with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances; possession with intent to distribute controlled substances; and distribution of a controlled substance.

The agency is offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to his arrest and conviction.

Anyone with information about Mantilla’s whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit a tip online by visiting tips.fbi.gov.
