According to Miami Beach police, another victim came forward, accusing Kutay Satiroglu of trafficking her to other men and sexually abusing her himself.

Like the previous accuser, she said she was just 17 at the time when Satiroglu victimized her.

Satiroglu, a 45-year-old Turkish national, was arrested last Wednesday and has remained locked up ever since.

According to investigators, the latest allegations date back to April 2021.

An arrest report states that the victim told human trafficking detectives in an interview on Tuesday that she met Satiroglu, then 41, through “a mutual friend.”

She told police that the two eventually moved in together at the Fontainebleau Hotel, according to the report. She said not only did “three other females” live with them ― but so too did Satiroglu’s “wife and two small children.”

Police said she told detectives that she and Satiroglu would “(have) sex every other day.”

The woman said she and the three others were treated as “party favors” by Satiroglu in Miami Beach’s yacht party scene, police said, and was “expected to have sex” with Satiroglu’s friends and other partygoers “as part of the entertainment.”

According to the report, the victim told detectives that Satiroglu gave her drugs, including tusi, cocaine and ketamine and claimed she was “coerced to engage in sex.”

“The victim was in fear for her life and was scared to say no to (Satiroglu) when he would demand her to participate,” the report states. “Prior to moving in with (him), the victim never consumed narcotics and soon after became dependent on them.

“The victim was often introduced to several men by (Satiroglu) where she then had sexual relations with them. On some occasions, the victim attempted several distraction methods to avoid having sex but often she was unsuccessful. The victim was in fear of saying no, and believed that if she did, she would be in danger.”

According to the report, after the parties, Satiroglu would tell the victim, “Good job” but “there were no other incentives.”

The report states that the victim “escaped” Satiroglu on a night where he had given her cocaine. Police said that when he and an unknown man entered her room, they “began taunting her to continue partying.”

That’s when, according to the report, Satiroglu told the man, “Do you want her? You can have her.”

“Upon hearing this, the victim became scared and while (Satiroglu) and the unknown male stepped out of the room, the victim ran out of the apartment through the sliding glass door and fled for safety,” the report states. “The victim called her sister who then picked her up.”

Satiroglu, already facing charges of human trafficking of a victim under 18, lewd and lascivious battery on a child and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, now faces an additional child sex trafficking charge, as well as a charge of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

He remained held without bond at Miami-Dade’s Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center as of Wednesday afternoon.
