According to authorities, the driver of an SUV crashed into a tree in the eastbound lanes of Northwest 36th Street near 72nd Avenue.

The driver was taken to a local hospital, but his or her condition has not yet been released.

Traffic eventually starting flowing slowly after the crash.

No other details were immediately released.
