A road rage victim is speaking about the harrowing incident that was caught on camera.

It happened on Halloween Night along I-95.

This suspect stopped not once, but twice in the middle of the highway, the second time getting out of his car and going on the attack.

In the video, you can hear the terror in the voice of the victim while being punched over 20 times in the middle of the highway.

“For a good amount the time when he was attacking me I thought he was going to actually kill me,” said the victim, who asked to conceal their identity.

The suspect, identified as 45-year-old Luis Cardenas, was arrested over a month later after investigators used dash cam video to track him down.

He was in bond court on Friday.

Cardenas is facing a felony for robbery by sudden snatching after stealing the victims glasses, and he is also facing a battery charge.

He is expected back in court in February.
