MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Prosecutors dropped a felony charge against a Miami-Dade condo security guard who had been accused of attacking a senior, according to court records.

Records show it came after Anniel Lorenzo, 34, completed a pre-trial diversion program.

Lorenzo had been accused of attacking a 66-year-old man who filed a complaint against him on March 25 at the Promenade Condominium at Kendale Lakes, located at 14325 SW 88th St.

Prosecutors dropped the charge of battery on elderly person on Dec. 1.
