Deputies seek Broward porch pirate

LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA, Fla. — Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies released video on Friday of a man they say stole multiple packages off a porch in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea.

Deputies said it happened at around 9 p.m. on Nov. 30 in the 4300 block of Bougainvillea Drive.

Video shows the man, wearing a black Psycho Bunny shirt, exiting a vehicle and swiping the holiday goods.

Deputies said he was also wearing “blue or gray pants and has tattoos on each arm.”

“Investigators are releasing the video in hopes someone recognizes the thief or the vehicle involved and can help prevent similar crimes,” a BSO news release states.
