MIAMI — Members of the United States Men’s Hockey Team returned from their gold medal triumph at the 2026 Winter Olympics on Monday.
A massive winter storm caused a change in plans, diverting the team from New York City to Miami, where they celebrated on Monday night.
After being greeted by fans at Miami International Airport, the team boarded buses and headed to 1 Hotel South Beach.
Later in the evening, the team boarded an open-air, double decker bus and went on a little tour of the area, stopping for a team photo with the Miami skyline behind them and enjoying a police escort the entire way to their dinner destination.
For supper, the team went to Cote, a Korean steakhouse in Miami’s Design District.
From there they headed to the big party at Downtown Miami nightclub E11ven.
Before heading inside, Florida Panthers and Team USA star forward Matthew Tkachuk stopped for a chat with Local 10’s Kacy Hintz, and that video can be seen below:
The club was offering a special that included an open bar from its 9 p.m. open until midnight for around $540 a ticket.
