MIAMI — A car crashed into a gas station car wash Friday morning in Miami’s Flagami neighborhood, according to Miami Fire Rescue.
Lt. Pete Sanchez, an MFR spokesperson, said the crash happened around 7:30 a.m. at the Shell, located at 660 NW 42nd Ave., near Le Jeune Road and Northwest Seventh Street.
Sanchez said the structure was deemed unsafe due to the crash, and building officials were notified.
After the crash, he said the driver suffered a medical emergency and was taken to a hospital for an evaluation. No other injuries were reported.
No other details about the crash were immediately released.
