FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Exclusive surveillance video obtained by Local 10 News shows the moments a white Bentley was stolen out of a Fort Lauderdale neighborhood with a small dog inside.
That beloved pet named Coco is a 6-month-old small black poodle mix.
According to police, it was around 2:45 p.m. Monday along the 2700 block of Northeast 19th Street when the driver of the Bentley got out of the vehicle to go inside a home.
They left both the dog and the key fob inside the vehicle.
Surveillance video captured a dark-colored sedan then pulling up behind the Bentley before someone wearing a dark top and white pants dashed out of the sedan and jumped into the Bentley.
Police say the person drove away and was last seen going south on the 1100 block of Bayview Drive.
The vehicle that was stolen is a white Bentley Continental with Florida license plate RSS-D40, authorities said.
